We interviewed with 10 contractors, your presentation was by far the most comfortable, creative, professional and technical. You were not the least expensive, however not the most expensive, your bid was very fair. You also offered your insight into replacing the skylights, not a single contractor addressed that, so good job there, we would have never thought about that and it was brilliant. Also, you offered your client list to us for referrals and to see your work, Bill and I spoke with the owner of the homes in Smithburg, (sorry forgot his name), very friendly man, he had nothing but praises for you and the work that you had done for him on his two homes. Also, he and Bill both work for Lockheed Martin, immediate kinship. I just wanted to give you kudos for your enthusiasm and professionalism. What I’m most impressed with is you are an “artist” following a traditional technique, not something that is cookie cuter, mundane and slapped together, that means a lot to me. Although my home is certainly not historical, I appreciate an artisan, someone who cares about their craft and desires to carry on a trade that is dying with pride of workmanship.
